Nose: Very vanilla forward with a sliver of smoke, lemon rind and thick honey. Just a touch of cereals, as well as a gentle floral side. Not unpleasant at all.
Taste: Thin mouthfeel. There’s an underlying bitterness that never quite goes away. Also, hints of sawdust, a touch of vanilla extract and, well, a crude bitterness. But I think I may have mentioned that already.
Finish: Very short. Quite dry, somewhat bitter. Just a touch of grass.
