I was very surprised that the finish was so short. It's simple enough to be considered entry level, very fruity but a bit too bitter. It's not bad but it's not like I'd buy another bottle. Despite everything, it's really balanced for what it is and its price.

Like an apple orchard. Dried fruits like figs or apricots follow. Typical sherry. Light Volatile alcohol with a plain cookie-like side. Varnished wood. Light spice and crackeriness. Fig chutney. Very fruity, “orchard fruits”. Ordinary but smooth.

The palate is also fruity, orange, grapefruit. Crackery maltiness rises. Nice body but a bit too high bitterness. Fruits like pear and green apple are really obvious. A bit of walnut. Quite enjoyable without being too deep.

Quite a short finish. Green fruits are the notes that are felt for the longest time. There is a lack of complexity here. An intense citrus note like orange juice, maybe a slight petit-beurre.
