Botanicals include lavender, rosemary, sage, and lemon, alongside classic juniper. The gin itself combines old and new distillation techniques, and is made using a retired grappa still and a modern vacuum distillation.

Portofino Dry Gin’s initial notes are from fresh lemon and crisp juniper that transport us to the hills of Portofino.
