Taste Martial Richard's 400-year-old wine, Blanquette de Limoux, made from the Mauzac grape. This fresh and sophisticated sparkling wine has a scent of spring flowers with hints of fresh white fruit. It has nice bubbles and good balance. Winemaking is traditional, with only manual harvesting and direct pneumatic pressing. After selection in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, it is aged in bottle at controlled temperature for an average of 18 months. The result is a light yellow color with golden highlights. The taste is harmonious, lively and round, with fresh fruit, nuts and bread like a champagne. Enjoy it as an aperitif or on the terrace, with fish or seafood starters, truffles or, of course, fresh strawberries
